1. Casey (Peach Planet Fur/Peach Planet Productions/PPP) reserves the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
  2. Payment will be distributed in a 50/50 structure. The commissioner/purchaser will pay for 50% of the cost up front and 50% upon completion. WIPs will be sent through the process, however the final, full image will not be provided until the final 50% is paid. This is to allow for trust and accountability on the part of PPP and the purchasing party. Failure to pay the remaining 50% after WIPs have been submitted and approved by the commissioner will result in the commission being cancelled. The up front payment will not be refunded in this case.
  3. Upon the receipt of a commission, the purchaser is entitled to use the image for:
    1. Providing a reference to be used in future commissions to any artist. This includes but is not limited to:
      1. Digital art commissions.
      2. Physical/traditional art commissions
      3. As a reference for making pins/buttons/plushies/other physical accessories or goods.
      4. As a reference for the production of wearables, such as suits/tails/ears/shirts/etc.
    2. Displaying in their social media profiles (twitter/instagram/tumblr/toyhou.se/etc) with credit to PPP in some form. The purchaser is entitled to print their commission as desired. (See point 4 for further details on accreditation.)
    3. Cropping or editing as desired (ex: for icons/avatars, thumbnails, headers/banners) - as long as original credit is attributed to PPP in some way.
  4. As detailed above and as further detailed in the following, proper credit must be given to the artist (Casey/PPP) when the commission is used or displayed online. Commissions will come with a small, non-intrusive credit to PPP somewhere on the page. As long as this credit has not been edited out, it will stand to count as credit and no further accreditation is required. When used in a way that obscures/removes this credit, PPP asks that credit be attributed in some textual manner.
    1. Examples of acceptable credit: (these examples are non-exhaustive and are only meant to provide reference, purchaser is entitled to any phrasing/placement they choose, so long as PPP’s twitter (peachplanetfur or spaceypeachbun) or tumblr (clown-femme) are listed:
      1. “icon by (at)Peachplanetfur on twitter” in twitter/tumblr/instagram/other social media bio or pinned post
      2. “credit to (at)clown-femme on tumblr for the art” in a comment or tag on a post.
    2. Unacceptable credit:
      1. “credit to the artist”
      2. “not my art”
      3. “art by me”
        1. DO NOT CLAIM A COMMISSION BY CASEY/PPP AS YOUR OWN OR ANYONE ELSE’S WORK.
    3. As stated, credit method outlined as acceptable are only necessary when the credit on the image has been obscured or cropped out in some manner that makes it no longer visible/legible. Linked credit to PPP in cases where the watermark is visible is not required - though it is appreciated.
  5. Reposting of a commission done by PPP by anyone BESIDES the original purchaser is prohibited, even with credit. Do not repost to any website or platform for any reason. Requests to do so will be denied. If you wish to share PPP’s art, she can be found on twitter (here and here), tumblr (here), and instagram (here), and allows (and appreciates) work to be retweeted/reblogged. Posts made by the purchaser (with in tact credit) may be retweeted/reblogged as well.
  6. While the purchaser is entitled to use their commission as a reference, reproduction and sale of the image is prohibited. For example, printing the image on buttons/pins/totes/shirts meant for commercial sale is unacceptable without prior discussion with PPP.
